About Camille
Mrs. Camille Rodriquez is a wife and mother, with experience as a pastor’s wife for more than a decade and as a homeschool mom for almost 20 years. She has been an educator in their home, in a private school, and more recently as an administrator in an online program serving students across the country. Through that role, she dove into the world of social media, and has found her niche – the place where education, integrity, and marketing all come together. Her company, Polka Dot Impressions, is a social media marketing company where she works with a limited client base in order to uniquely customize their social media presence.
Camille has led numerous Bible studies for women, as well as Marriage and Parenting classes with her pastor-husband. She serves as the Women’s Pastor at their church, Living Stones Church. And her first published book, When I Die: On Being, Living, and Having the Last Word, is now available wherever books are sold. It’s a look at funerals, but it’s not about death. It’s about life, and what it means to live with no regrets before you arrive at your own funeral!
Camille is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, where she met her husband while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Radio-Television-Film Studies. She remained in Austin, working in radio and television until she and her husband relocated to the Houston area. While there, her husband answered a calling to the ordained ministry, and they temporarily moved to the angelic “holy mountain” of Sewanee, Tennessee for seminary training, before returning to their Houston-area roots. Their children and animals, all in various stages of independence and growth (especially the Great Danes), have been a delight and source of much joy over the years.
However, she and her husband have a standing date night every week, and after 26 years of marriage, this is still the high-point of every week for her!
